The Jitubanna.com ecosystem, operated under the banner of JSS Originals, provides high-level architectural insights, software engineering thought leadership, and digital services. Accessing this domain constitutes an absolute agreement to the following operational terms.

1. Intellectual Property & Source Code

The visual design, UI/UX architecture, written methodologies, and specific proprietary code snippets hosted on this domain are the exclusive intellectual property of Jitendra Singh Nimod.

• Educational Use: You may study the DOM structure, read the technical logs, and implement general architectural concepts in your own workflows.
• Strict Prohibition: You may not clone, scrape, scrape via AI agents, or blindly duplicate the exact design system, branding, or written content for commercial resale or personal misrepresentation without explicit cryptographic or written authorization.

2. System Uptime & Liability (SLA Disclaimer)

While this platform is deployed on world-class global Edge networks (e.g., Vercel, Cloudflare) designed for 99.99% uptime, computing is inherently chaotic.

We provide this digital infrastructure "AS IS". We do not mathematically guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not legally or financially liable for any data loss, localized caching errors, or business interruptions caused by your use of (or inability to use) our published code, insights, or applications. Execute third-party code at your own risk.

3. Third-Party Nodes & External Logic

To maintain the ecosystem, we routinely link to external dependencies, APIs, and partner networks (including monetization networks such as Google AdSense).

• AdSense Compliance: External advertisers may deploy cookies to serve contextually relevant UI banners based on your browsing history. This is outside our direct architectural control.
• External URLs: Clicking outbound links transfers your session out of the JSS Originals ecosystem. We bear no responsibility for the UI, security, or privacy policies of those external servers.

4. Acceptable Interaction Protocols

When initiating contact through our forms, attempting API requests, or engaging with our servers, you must operate within standard ethical parameters.

Any attempt to execute SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), brute-force directory traversal, or malicious payload drops against this domain will be permanently logged, hardware-banned at the DNS level, and reported to the relevant ISP and cybersecurity authorities.

5. Iteration & Modification of Protocols

Software architecture is never finished; it only iterates. Similarly, we reserve the absolute right to refactor, modify, or completely rewrite these terms without prior network broadcast. 6. Dispute Routing & Jurisdiction

Any legal anomalies or disputes arising from the use of this architecture shall be routed through and resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of Rajasthan, India.
